finally put yourself first, and stopped pouring from an empty cup?
I know why you’re here.
For years you have spent your time putting others' needs ahead of your own. Kids, partner’s, even your colleagues. Well, the kids are gone now, it’s time to focus on you!
You're ready for a change...
A change to your health. Maybe you are left fatigued, bloated, and hormones out of whack, and you are tired of feeling this way.
You are coming into a new stage of your life, and you want to make the most of it but you are holding yourself back because you don’t know where to begin. You have spent so many years worrying about others' health that you have neglected your own.
There is so much for you to focus on, and so much that you want to change but you are at a loss as to how to start.
You don't have to figure it out alone.

My vision is for women to get their health back on track so they can go into their futures with excitement and live their life to their fullest.

Hi, I'm Michelle!
When I was 10 my Dad died of cancer and that’s what ignited the spark of me wanting to be a doctor. I wanted to cure cancer! Such a bold statement for a 10-year-old.
I knew that I wanted to be a doctor and to help people. At that time I only knew of one kind of doctor, a medical doctor, so I set out on my path to get there. But along the way my passion was fading. It was clear to me that I still wanted to help people with their health but the MD route was no longer calling me.
When I was older, I realized *why not help prevent illness in the first place?*
I felt a deeper need to help people get back to their roots and the building blocks of health. To me that looked like the pillars of what holds us together.... food, sleep, and managing stress. A quick Google search brought Naturopathic Medicine into my life and a gut feeling told me that an ND was my calling. It focuses a lot on disease prevention through healthy lifestyle, with natural support along the way if we do get sick. This is how I have always lived my life. Even as a kid, when I had the choice between cake and fruit, I always went for the fruit.
Throughout my life I’ve dealt with my own hormone concerns, digestive upset, stress and fatigue, and I’ve always been able to support them when returning to the foundations.
My Credibility
Michelle completed a 4 year Naturopathic doctorate at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and a year of clinical training at the Robert Schadd Naturopathic Clinic and Parkdale Community Health Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to CCNM, she completed a Bachelors and Master's of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
Michelle helps women finally put themselves first by bettering their current health and health for their future.
Her mission is to empower women to make their health a top priority to make a difference for them and the people they care about most in their lives.

My passion is to help women create a healthy lifestyle for their needs and to prevent disease. I enjoy using nutrition, nutraceuticals, and plants as a natural way to get to where we want to be, and to help support sleep and stress as a way to achieve a healthy life and more energy for years to come.
And now for the fun of it...
When I’m not in the clinic you can find me:
-
Growing delicious food in my garden, and if it is winter you can find me reading about growing delicious food in my garden
-
Walking in nature, likely in one of Edmonton’s many beautiful green spaces
-
Trying out a new recipe in my kitchen (this recipe will likely have something fermenting)
-
Playing dress-up, make-believe, colouring, or singing and dancing with my beautiful daughter
